******The average appointment takes me between 90 minutes to 2 ½ hours to complete. The time will vary depending on the breed, condition and length of coat, temperament of the animal, etc. Some circumstances where there will be additional fees at time of service- for excessive matting, shaving down, lice/tick/flea treatment or behavioral issues.

**PLEASE NOTE - IF THERE IS A LARGE AMOUNT OF FLEA DIRT WITH MORE THAN A COUPLE OF FLEAS VISIBLE, THE GROOM WILL HAVE TO BE CANCELLED, YOUR DOG COLLECTED ASAP AND 50% OF THE GROOM TO BE PAID, THEN YOUR DOG CAN BE REBOOKED ONCE FLEAS HAVE CLEARED.
